Tabacco Development ("we," "us," or "our") operates ATS (Automated Team Scheduling), a scheduling platform for youth and amateur sports leagues. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you.

By using our services, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

Information We Collect

We collect only the information needed to operate scheduling services for the leagues we serve.

Information you provide directly:

Name
Email address
Mobile phone number
Team, division, and role within a league (for example, head coach or assistant coach)
Scheduling availability and blackout dates you submit

Information provided by leagues:

Most of the contact information in our platform does not come from you directly — it comes from the league or organization you are affiliated with. Leagues that use our platform provide us with contact and roster information for their coaches, team officials, and participants in order to set up their season.

When a league provides this information to us, the league represents that it has the authority and any necessary consent to share it, and that it has informed the individuals involved that their information will be used for league scheduling purposes. We act on the league's instructions in handling this information and use it only to provide scheduling services to that league.

If you believe your information was provided to us without appropriate authority, contact us using the details below and we will remove it.

Information collected automatically:

Log data such as IP address, browser type, and pages accessed
Timestamps of actions taken within the platform

We do not collect payment card information from individual coaches or participants.

SMS and Mobile Messaging

Consent. We send text messages only to individuals who have personally opted in to receive them. Consent is collected directly from each individual through our web platform, where you affirmatively agree to receive SMS messages by selecting a consent checkbox and confirming your mobile number. We record the date and time of your consent.

A league providing us with your phone number does not by itself enroll you in text messaging. You will not receive text messages from us unless you have opted in yourself.

Message types. Messages we send may include:

Secure sign-in links for accessing your scheduling account
Requests to submit availability or blackout dates
Notifications when a schedule is published or changed
Coordination messages regarding game reschedules or swaps

Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your league's schedule and your role. You will typically receive messages during preseason scheduling and when schedule changes occur.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for messages; your mobile carrier's standard rates apply.

Opting out. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a confirmation and will not receive further messages. To resume, reply START.

Help. Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us using the details below.

Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

Authenticate you and provide secure access to your account
Collect availability and generate league schedules
Notify you of schedules, changes, and scheduling requests
Respond to your questions and provide support
Maintain the security and reliability of our platform
Comply with legal obligations

We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell your information.

How We Share Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We may share information in the following limited circumstances:

With your league. Your availability, schedule assignments, and contact information are visible to authorized administrators of the league you participate in.
With service providers. We use third-party providers to operate our platform, including hosting, database, email delivery, and SMS delivery services. These providers process information only as needed to perform services for us and are bound by confidentiality obligations.
For legal reasons. We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Tabacco Development, our users, or the public.

Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services to your league. Scheduling records may be retained for historical and season-comparison purposes. You may request deletion of your information at any time using the contact details below. We will honor such requests except where retention is required by law.

Data Security

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted connections and access controls limiting who can view league data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children's Privacy

Our platform is designed for use by adults — league administrators, coaches, and team officials. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. Leagues may provide participant roster information, including names and team assignments of minor participants, in order to build schedules. This information is provided by the league under its own authority and consent practices, is used solely for scheduling, and is never used for marketing. If you believe we have collected information from a child in a manner inconsistent with this policy, contact us and we will address it promptly.

Your Rights and Choices

You may:

Request access to the personal information we hold about you
Request correction of inaccurate information
Request deletion of your information
Opt out of SMS messages by replying STOP
Opt out of non-essential email by using the unsubscribe link
